To consistently deliver excellence in all facets of our business, the Company has instituted a Sales Associate training program. This training program is replicable and scalable which will enable Platinum Properties to rapidly grow the business while continuing to deliver unparalleled personal service to every client.

The Platinum Properties intensive two-week, in-house training program was designed so each Sales Associate is prepared to execute their first transaction as if they were a 20-year veteran.

All new agents, having already attained all licensing requirements, attend the Platinum Properties Associates Training Program. This program focuses on every facet of the unique business delivery model of Platinum Properties. Agents are instructed in every aspect of providing unparalleled personal service and excelling in the most competitive and fast-paced real estate market in the world. Training program elements include:

• Sales Associates "shadow" an experienced Associate for 2 weeks. In this capacity, the new Associate witnesses every stage of complex real estate transactions. Experienced Associates are tasked to expose the newly hired agents to the broadest scope of transaction types possible
• The Company conducts a "Building Tour" to expose new agents to the Financial District real estate market. In this tour, agents are exposed to the different types of inventory available in this market, the nuances of different types of properties, and relative price levels. Agents are familiarized with surrounding neighborhoods so they can counsel clients regarding school districts, shopping, entertainment and public transportation
• Associates are schooled in effective advertising techniques and introduced to Platinum Properties' public relations firm. Associates leave this phase of training fully prepared to effectively market their first listing in a manner that provides maximum exposure and quick execution
• Associates are trained in negotiating and closing techniques designed to secure the best possible terms and price for the client
