Founded in 2005 by siblings Khashy and Dezireh Eyn, Platinum Properties is a full-service real estate brokerage located in New York City. Consistently ranked a top 10 firm, in the last several years, Platinum has closed some of the most memorable deals in modern real estate and recorded its most successful year to date in 2021 — surpassing $500 million in transactions. The most notable include the $250 million sale of 116 John Street and leasing the highest priced per-square-foot rental at 1 North Moore, a penthouse in Tribeca, for $85,000 a month. In 2022, Platinum Properties made its way to the top 10 fastest-growing firms by percentage, proving that boutique firms have a strong standing in the New York City brokerage landscape, according to Corofy’s rankings of New York City’s residential brokerages.

The family-owned brokerage is headquartered in the Financial District with two additional Manhattan offices. Motivating Office Environment

Built by renowned architect, Eran Chen, the Platinum Properties office is complete with shared workspaces, open areas to host events, conference rooms, and standing desks. Centrally located in the Financial District on Wall Street, our office serves as the perfect home base for connecting with exclusive clientele. The transparent glass offices are just as metaphorical as they are literal.

Currently, we have a mix of agents who work from home, or in the office. Platinum Leadership hosts optional morning meetings for the team to get together either virtually or in-office for a morning update on the market, in-house exclusives, and other company happenings. These meetings help foster a feeling of togetherness in a post-COVID era where many people are still working from home.

At the height of COVID, Platinum launched the use of many new technologies internally so that agents could continue helping clients despite the shutdown. Platinum continues to offer world-class support to its team. Agents always have a manager to reach out to directly for questions, help with a deal, or even dinner recommendations.
